What is PCCEA?

Our Mission:
-The Pennsylvania Council of Cooperative Extension Associations is a grassroots, volunteer organization that provides an essential communication link between the citizens of Pennsylvania and Penn State (The Pennsylvania State University).

Our Purpose:
-To help to determine how Penn State funding and human resources can be used most effectively to address local, regional and statewide issues and improve the quality of life for Pennsylvanians.
- To serve as advocates with local, state and federal elected officials in support of cooperative extension funding.
